NICOLAS GOMEZ WAS ARRESTED BY DARRYL PEARSON AND JIM RICHARDS AT HIS PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. HE HAD EXITED A SIDE ENTRANCE FROM HIS WORK, RAN ACROSS THE STREET, AND JUMPED IN HIS VEHICLE. HE DID NOT SEE US SITTING THERE. I BLOCKED MR. GOMEZ'S VEHICLE WITH MY OWN, AS HE ALMOST MADE GOOD ON HIS GETAWAY. SOMEONE HAD MADE A CALL TO HIS WORK THAT WE WERE COMING FOR HIM. IN THIS CASE, SECONDS COUNTED. THE OTHER INVESTIGATOR, MR. MAGLOIRE, ARRIVED A MINUTE OR TWO LATER, BUT OUR SKIP HAD ALREADY BEEN HANDCUFFED, PUT IN MY VEHICLE, AND TRANSPORTED TO THE COUNTY JAIL.

Cesar Gutierrez Reward $5,000.00

Monday March 17, 2008 Cesar Gutierrez was arrested while enjoying Spring Break in Galveston TX. Cesar was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, missed court and also skipped out on a $50,000 bond. After an intensive canvas of the area that Cesar is known to hang out in, he was spotted rolling in a convoy of three vehicles. He and other members of his gang were followed from Houston to Galveston Beach. Once the Gang members established their camp on the beach, BSI investigators along with the Galveston Police Department moved in to arrest the violent Mr. Gutierrez. Needless to say his Spring Break was cut substantially short. Being a parole violator, Mr. Gutierrez vowed to never go back to jail. I guess he meant willingly.

Jessica Tellez

JESSICA TELLEZ WAS CAPTURED IN THE SUMMER OF 2003. SHE HAD FELONY WARRANTS FOR DRUG POSSESSION. SHE WAS IN A WESTSIDE DUPLEX, BOTH OWNED BY FAMILY. SHE CRAWLED UP INTO THE ATTIC TO HIDE. WE SEARCHED THE ROOMS, AND FOUND NO FUGITIVE. WE THEN HEARD NOISE FROM THE ATTIC. IT WAS 100 DEGREES IN SAN ANTONIO THAT DAY. I ASSURE YOU, THE ATTIC WAS MUCH HOTTER THAN WHERE WE WERE STANDING! I CALLED UP TO HER AND SAID, "STAY UP THERE AS LONG AS YOU LIKE. WE WILL BE HERE WHEN YOU COME DOWN." SHE TRIED TO COME DOWN INSIDE THE OTHER DUPLEX. OOPS! THAT DID NOT WORK EITHER. I THINK SHE LOST WEIGHT WHILE UP THERE. SHE WAS OVER 200 LBS, WHEN SHE WENT UP; BUT WHEN SHE CAME DOWN, SHE WAS UNDER 100 LBS! (WINK!)(SMILING!) I ALMOST HAD TO USE THUMB CUFFS FOR HER WRISTS! ANYWAY, "HI-HO, HI-HO, ITS OFF TO JAIL SHE GO!"

RICHARDS OUT NEAR THE SUSPECT, AND PROCEEDED TO PARK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE. AS I CAME UP TO THE STORE FRONT, JESSE WAS RUNNING FOR HIS LIFE. I APPROACHED THE STORE, "TALKING" ON MY CELL, AS IF I WERE ANOTHER CUSTOMER GOING INTO THE STORE. AS JESSE APPROACHED ME, I HAD THAT "SURPRIZED" LOOK, LIKE I WAS SAYING, "WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON"? HE MADE THE MISTAKE OF RUNNING IN BETWEEN ME AND A PARKED CAR IN FRONT OF THE STORE. I TACKLED HIM IN THE MID-SECTION, LIKE A LINEBACKER, AND HEARD THE WIND IMMEDIATELY EXPEL FROM HIS LUNGS. WE BOTH HIT THE GROUND, AND BROKE OUR CELL PHONES. HE WAS QUICKLY CUFFED BY MR. RICHARDS, AND TAKEN TO COUNTY JAIL.

Todd Lawyer

On 03/08/2008, BSI Investigator apprehends Todd Lawyer at his in-law's home in Northwest Houston after a very brief investigation into his whereabouts. BSI Investigator called into the home asking to speak with Todd. When the individual (who represented himself as Mr. Lawyer) was on the phone, he was advised that the home was surrounded and he should exit the home with his hands on his head to insure a safe and non-conflicting apprehension. When the individual opened the door, it was obvious he was not Mr Lawyer. At the precise moment in time of him opening the door an unknown individual ran by the home. By the look shown on the individuals face he believed the passerby was a part of the "BSI Team" surrounding the home. BSI was able to apprehend the suspect without any conflict, proving one man truly can surround an entire house and make a speedy arrest.

Melvin Oliver Jr

Melvin Oliver Jr. was arrested Wednesday evening after arriving home from a trip to Walmart. BSI Investigators had arrived only moments before he did. Ironically, Mr. Oliver stated that his trip to Walmart was cut short due to him having to use the bathroom. Timing is everything!

Mark Feldman

Mark Feldman was arrested Thursday (03/06/2008) on 3 FTA warrants. Mr. Feldman had been MIA since Feb 15, 2008 when he missed court. BSI Investigators spotted Feldmans' car at his home in Sugarland TX. late Wednesday evening. Subsequently, surveillance was initiated the next morning to establish if in fact Mr. Feldman was the driver of the car in question. After it was clear Mr. Feldman was not going to emerge from inside the house, investigators had to change strategies. A spoof was in order. Investigators approached the front door of the residence, knocked, then proceeded to convince Feldman that they were members of the civic club that needed donations for the St. Patty's Day Garage sale. Feldman then opened the door and was arrested as he stepped out of his house. As he was being lead away in cuffs he had to have been thinking... Luck of the Irish?
