steven marshall was arrested in austin, tx, by claude magloire & darryl pearson. he was wanted on theft charges. mr. marshall was on crack, and when he was approached, he ran like a deer. but, claude "the pit bull" magloire tackled him after about a 100 yard foot pursuit. gee, it was just like watching the History Channel!
